Shipping policy

We at Smith & Rowe want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful.

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges

UK Delivery

  1. Royal Mail Tracked 48 - This service is offered FREE with all orders. The parcel will typically arrive within Two Days. 
  2. Royal Mail Tracked 24 - This service is charged at £5.95. The parcel will typically arrive the Next Day.
  3. Royal Mail Special delivery - This service will Guarantee Next-Day Delivery By 1:00 PM. This service costs £11.95.

International Delivery.

  1. Standard International - This service is offered FREE with all orders. The parcel will typically arrive in 4 to 12 Business Days. 
  2. Express International This service is charged at £14.95. The parcel will typically arrive within 2 to 5 Business Days

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 3:00 pm at the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smith & Rowe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Orders placed after 3:00 pm

If orders are placed after 3 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/­undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
